Each jacket is made to order, so colour intensity and print placement may vary slightly (up to 20%) from the photos. The design itself always stays intact.
- Machine wash — cold water, gentle cycle, washed separately to prevent fiber abrasion
- Air dry — drying in the shade is recommended to keep it in pristine condition
- Tumble dry — if needed, use a gentle cycle on low heat
- Do not bleach — avoid irons, bleach, and harsh fabric softeners, which degrade the softness over time
- Made to order — each piece is printed and finished just for you, so please allow 3-4 business days of processing before it ships

Is the name printed or stitched on?
The name is printed into the fabric. Check your spelling before ordering; changes cannot be made after production begins.
How long does shipping take?
Every piece is made to order. Production usually takes 3-4 business days, then delivery takes 5-10 business days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Order early for birthdays, Christmas, or graduation gifts.
Can I order it as a gift?
Yes. Type their name, choose their size, and ship it straight to them — it arrives wrapped ready to give, with tracking. Not sure of their size? Compare with a jacket they already wear, or size up.
What is your return and refund policy?
Not in love with your order? You can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original condition. Reach us at cs@faithquilt.com and we'll take care of you.
