Our Commitment
Because every Faith Quilt product is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue

Wrong Item Received
If you received a different item than what you ordered, we'll send the correct item immediately at no cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 3 business days (sometimes carriers mark packages early). If it still hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production has begun and we are unable to cancel.
